"AYC's bootcamp offered the perfect opportunity to finally start losing weight and getting in shape rather than just talking about it. Each exercise was demonstrated and Glenn was never shy when it came to making sure the proper form was used or pushing us for just ten more seconds. All exercises were simple enough that I was able to continue the program and continue improving even while traveling. In moments of doubt and frustration, Greg was always available with advice and encouragement. After a week of bad dieting and little exercise, I found new motivation in his response to a late night email when he offered encouragement to stay the course well before most people get out of bed.
