Yoga The practice of Yoga is a great way to start or end a stressful day. AYC’s yoga programs are designed to accommodate every need including breathing exercises, postures and meditation; all gateways to ensure a healthierMind, Body and Spirit.
The exercises learned at AYC Yoga classes can be practiced alone or in group classes, inside or outside, laying, standing or even sitting at your desk. Practicing yoga has no time limit and most exercises require little or no equipment.

AYC Yoga HATHA YOGA: Hatha yogais the most practical yoga, with its emphasis on promoting vibrant health. Combined with breathing and physical exercise through proses or postures, hatha yoga is practiced to maintain flexibility, balance, and strength and to produce a calming influence on the mind.
IYENGA YOGA: Iyenga is a form of hatha yoga that focuses on detail and precise focus on body alignment. Iyenga pioneered the use of “props” such as blocks and strap to assist in experiencing postures with support.
ASHTANGA/POWER YOGA: Ashtanga is designed for a more physical workout yet combining the traditional yoga postures through repetition.
BALL AND BAND CLASS: Is a class that concentrates on core strengthening and balance. Bands work on flexibility through the hips and upper body. Balls are used to work on core strength, balance and conditioning of the torso, arms and legs.
